Determine material requirements for engineering and production schedules by updating Bill of Materials (BOMs) per EVAL findings, engineering changes, or CMM revisions.

Create, release, and monitor MRO work orders to ensure schedule attainment and work‑in‑process (WIP) tracking.

Identify and resolve any MRO master data, scheduling, material issuance, BOM discrepancies, or other conflicts within work orders.

Identify shortages and work with procurement, stockroom, OEM production, and/or customer service representatives to ensure timely part availability or request relief to customer.

Schedule scrap and Non‑Conformance Reports (NCR) for review and disposition.

Manage exchange processes, ensure exchange unit traceability, and track exchange units to maintain inventory levels and avoid stockouts in the rotables pool.

Coordinate and oversee the build plan of exchange units to ensure they meet schedule and quality standards, while avoiding rotables pool stockouts or low inventory levels.

Plan and coordinate AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and OTO (Out Turn On‑Time) requests to meet pull‑in requests and expedite materials for urgent orders.

Coordinate the induction, evaluation, processing, disposition, and ship back of any returned orders due to incorrect shipping or billing addresses.

Maintain accurate and timely communication with stakeholders regarding production schedule changes, material status, and OTD metrics.

Schedule product lines within resource constraints, revenue requirements, and capacity planning.

Plan and schedule project/production timelines, forecasts, and milestones using appropriate tools; prepare and present reports on schedule attainment and TAT performance.

Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, documentation, and presentations, including schedule attainment and TAT tracking.

Proactively manage projects, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans that can affect cost and revenue to mitigate risks to overall company plan.

Recommend and lead process improvements for work‑in‑progress issues, material availability, and future production problems.

Work hand‑on with MRO personnel to support, locate, move product, or documentation across the facility to ensure rapid resolution of production problems.

Liaise with production team, program managers, and customer service team on an ongoing basis to resolve crises and request necessary information.

Participate in MRO planning meetings, continuous improvement projects, and team training.

Coordinate with Master Scheduling to load, measure, or reduce LTA and non‑LTA customer forecasts for MRO parts, either at top assembly or component level in ERP/MRP.

Ensure appropriate forecast and provision of parts for repairs and overhauls, identifying shortages and coordinating with procurement, stockroom, OEM production, and customer service representatives to ensure timely part availability.

Work with Master Scheduling to create and load kits in ERP/MRP system for high‑demand parts to improve turnaround time and stock level management.
