What You Will Do
Design, develop, integrate, and test real‑time missile software and firmware.
Apply system security principles to harden radar software applications.
Develop software using C and C++ on various computing platforms.
Understand real‑time performance implications of system security implementations.
Collaborate with Systems Security Engineering to define and implement requirements.
Support program efforts in a common development environment.
Interface with the customer community to review technical design and support verification of system maturity.
Work onsite in Tucson, AZ.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Experience with C/C++, VxWorks or similar real‑time OS.
Experience with AMD Xilinx UltraScale+ or Versal MPSoC or similar embedded processors.
Embedded software security experience.
U.S. citizenship and active DoD Secret clearance as described above.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with Raytheon UltraStack hardware, cipher algorithms, or ARM architecture.
Experience in qualification and verification of software applications.
Experience designing, implementing, testing, or fielding real‑time security‑oriented solutions on DoD programs.
Experience using security‑relevant tools for security auditing, network security, host/server security, communication security, or policy management.
Experience in Agile and DevSecOps, Scrum/Kanban frameworks.
Experience with software configuration management and bug‑tracking tools.
Proficiency with Python or Perl.
Knowledge of modern computer architecture and hardware technologies such as PCIe, GPIO, I2C, SATA, FPGAs, ASICs.
Salary Range USD 101,000 – 203,000
