Support ramp-up of new production lines by establishing stable processes, controls, and documentation.
Implement and govern a comprehensive production system (SPC, Lean, Six Sigma, standard work).
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, suppliers, and technology teams to ensure alignment between process design and plant performance.
Qualifications:
Leadership experience in advanced manufacturing environments such as solar, semiconductor, electronics, or high-precision automation.
Deep technical understanding of production equipment, automated systems, and manufacturing processes.
Proven success managing CAPEX/OPEX budgets, vendor negotiations, and supplier performance.
Hands‑on background in commissioning, ramp‑up, FAT/SAT, and equipment lifecycle management.
Expertise in production systems, process control, documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong team‑building skills and the ability to relocate to Austin, TX; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
