Hong Kong Center For Construction Robotics Limited
On-site Full Time 5 year or below Associate
We are seeking a highly motivated
Robotics Algorithm Engineer
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will specialize in developing cutting‑edge algorithms for single/dual‑arm robotic systems with a focus on multimodal teleoperation. You will work on pushing the boundaries of robotic manipulation through advanced techniques such as diffusion policies, Vision‑Language‑Action (VLA) models, and other state‑of‑the‑art approaches.
Key Responsibilities
Research, design, and implement algorithms for single/dual‑arm robotic manipulation and multimodal (vision, language, tactile) teleoperation.
Develop and optimize diffusion policies, VLA models, and related frameworks for real‑world robotic applications.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate algorithms into full‑stack robotic systems.
Publish research findings in top‑tier conferences and journals.
Contribute to the development of robust, scalable, and efficient robotic solutions.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Hands‑on experience with single/dual‑arm robotic manipulation and multimodal teleoperation algorithms.
Proficiency in implementing and adapting advanced methods such as diffusion policies and Vision‑Language‑Action (VLA) models.
Strong programming skills in Python and C++, with experience in robotics frameworks (e.g., ROS, PyBullet, Mujoco, IsaacGym).
Solid understanding of machine learning, computer vision, and robot control.
Preferred Qualifications
Publication record in top‑tier robotics conferences or journals.
Experience with sim‑to‑real transfer and real‑world robotic deployment.
