Account Manager/Client Partner
Location: Bay Area, CA
Job Type: Permanent
SUMMARY:
The Account Manager is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The Account Manager works together with their manager (Manager‑Client Services/Senior Manager–Client Services) to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plan.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client relationship management and business development : lead client relationships and own the opportunity management cycle “Prospect‑Evaluate‑Propose‑Close”.
Client delivery assurance : collaborate with all delivery team members involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client.
Account planning and governance : build the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.
Responsible for the account strategy, revenue, and overall relationship for some of our key clients
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Significant business development and project management experience
Experience in the Consumer/Retail/PG industry/vertical is a plus.
Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contacts
Strong networking and relationship building skills and an ability to source new business
Ability to set expectations with clients and provide status updates, lead QBRs, and proactively resolve issues and roadblocks
Hands‑on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
