The Senior Project Manager, Disruptive Innovation owns the processes that will drive ambitious innovation agenda for Ferrero's Ice Cream Division. Specifically, the Senior Project Manager is accountable for on time launches with end-to-end execution of near-term innovation projects and reporting/managing of the long-term pipeline.
Responsibilities
Innovation Project Manager : Manage project schedules while prioritizing critical path, lead recurring cross-functional project team meetings, pivot to changes in project scope & elevate roadblocks
Facilitate Stage‑Gate : Own recurring governance meetings, provide guidance to gatekeepers for effective approvals and align with global best practices.
Report Pipeline Sufficiency : Ensure projects are updated with accurate information, report on pipeline health KPIs and clearly identify risks with mitigation strategies
Change Management : Proactively introduce new ways of working and processes to accelerate speed to market & onboard new hires to adopt best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
8‑10+ years of experience in project management, preferably within CPG. Proven track record of delivering innovation projects on a global scale. Expertise in managing multiple high‑priority projects simultaneously.
Project management experience in commercialization complex innovation projects in CPG, preferably F&B.
Proven ability to hold others accountable to project tasks & follow‑ups.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with a results‑driven mindset.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, including stakeholder management.
Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with proficiency in project management software.
The base pay range for this position is $125,295 to $170,013 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and other job‑related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
