The Chief Human Resources Officer assumes overall strategic responsibility for the SKAN Group's global HR and Academy organization and reports directly to the CEO. In this role, the person will play a key role in shaping the further development of the corporate culture and contribute to the sustainable strengthening of human capital. The role offers a high degree of creative freedom in the areas of cultural and organizational development, talent management, compensation & benefits, HR compliance, and the digitalization and further development of global HR processes and tools. The international mandate involves close cooperation and coordination with locations and HR teams worldwide. Responsibilities

Establishing, developing, and globally anchoring our corporate culture Responsibility for leading and developing the international HR teams and the SKAN Academy Defining, implementing, and continuously adapting the global HR strategy in collaboration with local HR managers and in consultation with the Executive Board and the Board of Directors Further development and assurance of global salary and compensation models Selection, introduction, and optimization of global HR tools and systems Ensuring worldwide labor law requirements and relevant HR compliance in coordination with the compliance team Global responsibility for HR administration, including payroll management via the local HR teams Creation, maintenance, and implementation of HR policies and directives Advising and coaching management and executives on personnel‑related issues Responsibility for the overall HR budget, training budgets, and cost control Group‑wide communication of HR and employee information Qualifications

Several years of international leadership experience in a C‑level, VP, or Director HR role In‑depth knowledge of global HR management, organisational development, and transformation processes Extensive knowledge of labour law, compensation & benefits, talent management, and HR controlling Experience in implementing global HR IT systems Proven experience in establishing and developing corporate cultures Understanding of modern learning & development formats and talent development programs Business fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage Softskills
