Base pay range: $75,000 – $110,000 per year. Full‑time, hybrid schedule. Competitive compensation, annual bonuses, raises, generous PTO, professional development and a wellness reimbursement program. Key Responsibilities

Produce complex litigation documents, including drafting shells, proposed orders, and discovery documents. E‑file in state and federal court systems, coordinate service of process, and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of court rules. Calendar management for multiple attorneys, tracking critical deadlines and coordinating depositions, hearings, and client meetings. Prepare comprehensive trial binders, coordinate exhibit preparation, and arrange court reporters and videographers. Work with document‑management systems (iManage), redlining tools (Litera), and maintain organized case files. Provide backup support across the litigation department as needed. Serve as a professional liaison, developing excellent relationships while maintaining confidentiality. Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent complex litigation experience and a solid work history, preferably in a large‑firm environment. • Must live within a commutable distance from the San Francisco office. Benefits & Compensation
