Commercial Litigation Associate (Mid‑Senior Level)
Location:
Portland, OR – primary in‑office with hybrid option.
Salary:
$205,000–$245,000 DOE – commission structure and potential bonuses.
Responsibilities
Motions practice.
Preparation for and attendance at hearings and depositions.
Reviewing discovery and drafting briefs.
Some transactional work.
Meet reasonable billable hour requirements; receive bonuses for exceeding billable hours or bringing in new clients.
Opportunity for growth with support from paralegals and legal assistants.
Qualifications
2‑5+ years of commercial litigation experience.
JD degree.
Oregon State Bar membership.
Business savvy and strong writing skills.
