Responsibilities
Conduct legal research.
Draft discovery requests and responses.
Coordinate liaison with witnesses and experts.
Collaborate on case strategy and trial preparation.
Attend depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
Demonstrate excellent writing, problem‑solving, and client service skills.
Show strong collaboration and negotiation capabilities.
Qualifications
0-5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in construction or real estate.
Oregon State Bar membership.
Washington State Bar membership is a plus.
JD degree.
