Èlephante Scottsdale, a high‑profile, upscale, high‑volume restaurant, is seeking an experienced and driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead day‑to‑day front‑of‑house operations. This is a rare opportunity to join one of Scottsdale’s most anticipated dining destinations—a vibrant, design‑forward venue known for elevated cuisine, an exceptional beverage program, and an energetic atmosphere. We are looking for a polished, hands‑on leader who is ready for an immediate path to promotion to General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in overseeing all daily front‑of‑house operations.
Lead by example to uphold the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism.
Recruit, train, and mentor team members to deliver consistent, warm, and attentive guest experiences.
Manage floor operations to maintain flow, efficiency, and exceptional guest engagement.
Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless coordination across all departments.
Assist in managing financial performance including labor, operating costs, and profitability goals.
Handle guest relations and service recovery with confidence and empathy.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations.
Be prepared to step into the GM role when the opportunity arises.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of leadership experience in an upscale, high‑volume restaurant or hospitality environment.
Proven success managing large teams in dynamic, fast‑paced operations.
Strong financial understanding of labor management, sales forecasting, and cost control.
Exceptional communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
Calm, composed, and effective under pressure.
Leader who inspires accountability, collaboration, and respect.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
