Intellectual Property Associate Attorney
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IP attorney to join a leading IP. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact matters involving IP prosecution, transactions, and litigation across a wide range of industries and technologies.
Salary Base pay range:
$350,000.00/yr - $2,500,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Draft and prosecute patent and/or trademark applications
Conduct IP due diligence and freedom‑to‑operate analyses
Advise on licensing, portfolio strategy, and IP enforcement
Support litigation efforts including motion practice and trial prep
Negotiate and draft IP-related agreements (licensing, development, confidentiality)
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school
Active bar license; USPTO registration preferred for patent work
3–6 years of IP experience (litigation, prosecution, or transactions)
Strong writing, analytical, and client‑facing skills
Technical background in engineering, computer science, or life sciences preferred
Experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement
Tech transactions, open‑source compliance, and licensing
Supporting IP in M&A and corporate transactions
