Sr Trial Attorney – Nationwide
Join Nationwide’s Trial Division, a national litigation team backed by the strength and purpose of a Fortune 100 company. We’re looking for a Senior Trial Attorney to lead high-impact insurance defense cases across Central Florida and beyond.
What You’ll Do
Serve as
lead counsel
on diverse civil litigation matters in Florida state courts (federal court experience is a plus)
Manage cases from
pleadings through trial , including depositions, discovery, dispositive motions, and mediations
Collaborate with a
trial-focused legal team
and claims partners to deliver strategic, client-centered advocacy
Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation
Practice Areas
General liability (personal & commercial lines)
Complex injury cases (TBI, surgical)
Subrogation and products liability (a plus)

What You Bring
J.D. from an accredited law school
8+ years of civil litigation experience in insurance defense or subrogation
Strong trial advocacy skills and courtroom presence
Tech-savvy, organized, and proactive case manager
