The Lead, Journey & Campaign Development oversees the build, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing journeys within the Adobe Engine, ensuring data-driven, personalized, and compliant experiences across all touchpoints. Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end build, testing, and deployment of marketing journeys and campaigns in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), ensuring flawless execution and consistent brand experience. Collaborate with the Manager, Growth Journeys, and Marketing Operations to ensure data connections, consent settings, and audience configurations function correctly across integrated platforms. Lead QA and pre‑deployment review processes, testing logic, data mapping, and rendering across channels to ensure error‑free execution. Provide technical guidance to senior specialists, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to compliance and governance standards. Support campaign optimization by analyzing delivery metrics, engagement trends, and performance reports to identify improvement opportunities. Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience

Five (5) or more years of experience in marketing automation or campaign deployment across B2B and/or B2C audiences. Hands‑on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and related tools. Certification

Adobe Journey Optimizer certification or comparable marketing automation certification preferred. Knowledge

Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email builds, QA, and troubleshooting preferred. Understanding of marketing data flows, segmentation logic, and CRM integrations. Skills

Expertise in email build, testing, and deployment best practices, including deliverability, accessibility, and compliance. Ability to translate journey maps into technical specifications for execution. Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, handling documents, and using office equipment. Legal Disclaimer
