We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager passionate about fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. Empower your team to deliver unforgettable magical moments for customers. Responsibilities: Drive store performance: support sales results, manage expenses, oversee key operations (merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, receiving). Focus on minimizing shrink and damages. Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent: comprehensive training, ongoing development. Mentor, foster supportive environment. Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, store changes. Input on succession planning. Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets. Coordinate loss prevention and operational programs; improve store layout and efficiency. About You: Minimum 2 years retail leadership experience as Assistant or Store Manager. Proven ability to lead, develop, empower large team. Excellent organizational and communication skills; influence, effective feedback, mentorship. Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, loss prevention; strong follow-through skills.
