Working closely with our Global Implementation Director, you'll be instrumental in orchestrating multi‑stakeholder projects, managing technical delivery timelines, and serving as the operational backbone of our implementation practice. Project Delivery Excellence
Manage end‑to‑end delivery of complex Sprinklr implementation projects for US enterprise clients
Create and execute detailed project plans that align technical capabilities with client business objectives
Coordinate cross‑functional teams including technical consultants, solution architects, and client stakeholders
Monitor project health metrics and proactively address potential risks and timeline challenges
Establish project management best practices and methodologies for the US implementation practice
Client Relationship Management
Serve as primary client liaison for project‑related communications and stakeholder management
Facilitate project steering committees and executive briefings to demonstrate progress and value
Manage client expectations and communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies
Partner with client success teams to ensure seamless transition from implementation to ongoing support
Process And Methodology Development
Contribute to our evolving library of project management frameworks and implementation methodologies
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery efficiency and client satisfaction
Help establish US‑specific project management standards and quality assurance processes
Share project insights and lessons learned to inform our evolving delivery approaches
Team Collaboration
