The Senior Manager of Facilities is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of all company facilities to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. This role provides strategic leadership for site development, space optimization, and new construction projects while managing budgets, contractors, and cross‑functional collaboration. Develops plans, budgets, and schedules for facility modifications, including cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment. Provides strategic guidance for future site selection and greenfield construction projects, collaborating with technical managers, engineering teams, and architectural partners. Oversees space allocation and layout planning for major facilities, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with operational needs. Evaluates proposals and bids for services, recommending acceptance based on cost, quality, and compliance. Reviews drawings and specifications, coordinating construction activities to meet budget and schedule objectives. Ensures compliance with building codes, fire codes, local ordinances, and insurance requirements. Conducts site assessments and provides technical engineering expertise to optimize facility performance. Monitors facilities staff to ensure efficient execution of preventive maintenance, service requests, and general upkeep. Leads Environmental Health & Safety initiatives to maintain safe and compliant work environments. Coordinates external contractor services for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, alarm systems, mechanical systems, and other critical infrastructure. Negotiates and manages contracts for custodial services, security, landscaping, snow removal, and waste disposal. Develops project scopes, budgets, timelines, and risk assessments; manages contractor relationships to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery. Partners with stakeholders to prioritize projects and align them with strategic business objectives. Profile

10+ years of progressive experience managing multi‑location facilities operations across manufacturing, R&D, and administrative environments, ideally within advanced manufacturing or technology‑driven sectors. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred). Prior experience with greenfield construction and new facility development strongly preferred. Comprehensive understanding of building systems, including HVAC, humidity control, and ESD compliance. Proven expertise in facilities design, construction, administration, and maintenance. Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities with a track record of driving operational excellence. Demonstrated project management experience, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Skilled in identifying, resolving, and escalating risks and issues that impact project deliverables. Effective problem‑solving abilities with a high degree of independent judgment and innovative thinking. Job Offer
