Senior Property Manager – Full-time – Cincinnati, OH, USA
About the Role As a CBRE Senior Property Manager, you will supervise a team responsible for all operational and financial activities of large portfolios of properties. The role is onsite in Cincinnati, OH.
What You’ll Do
Provide formal supervision; monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching; oversee recruiting and hiring.
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish schedules, assign tasks, set and track deadlines; mentor staff as needed.
Respond to high‑profile tenant needs and issues.
Act as primary contact with property owners; prepare and deliver timely, accurate and complete reports.
Develop and control annual budgets for large operating and capital expenses; forecast management plans and prepare monthly performance reports explaining variances.
Help create advanced programs to assist the property with emergency recoveries.
Prepare and approve all required legal notices; recommend and coordinate legal action as necessary.
Review tenant rent and common area maintenance recovery charges to ensure timely payment.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information; convey performance expectations and handle problems.
Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets and impact multiple job disciplines.
In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
