Job Responsibilities
Define system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end states, and deliver a CRM solution
Work with data migration and integration
Design and implement technology‑enabled business solutions in client‑facing and team leadership roles
Build strategy and roadmap for Salesforce features, functionalities, and future releases
Deep product knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud (beyond customization)
Hands‑on work on the existing Salesforce implementation
Lead defining and practical business solutions based on Salesforce.com technology, including leading executive discovery sessions
Understand functional and technical requirements to address client needs
Perform routine administration functions for Salesforce.com
Coordinate and participate in SIT and UAT
Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders
Onsite‑offshore coordination
Qualifications
Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud certifications required
Marketing Cloud exposure required
Ability to define system landscape and deliver a CRM solution
Working knowledge in data migration and integration
Experience designing and implementing technology‑enabled business solutions, including functional or work‑stream lead roles
Strategy and roadmap building for Salesforce features and releases
Deep product knowledge on Sales and Service Cloud
Salary Range $150,000 – $165,000 per year
