At SpringHealth, we provide services for children and adults, using positive programming and non‑aversive strategies to deliver the best quality support. Services are tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), or mental illness to help them achieve overall health and well‑being.
We conduct appointments in various locations, including residential homes, schools, family homes, workplaces, and other community‑based settings.

Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming with behavioral intervention
Doctorial or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline
Technical skills: record and enter data accurately and objectively
Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondences
Reasoning ability: apply common sense, make independent decisions with good judgment, and attention to detail
Physical demands: able to participate and demonstrate knowledge of crisis management procedures
Work environment: able to perform essential functions with reasonable accommodations if needed
Responsibilities
Model and train staff in the principles and practice of Positive Behavior Support methodology
Serve as a member of Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs), providing expertise related to behavioral issues
Assess, design, train, monitor, and report on behavior plans
Conduct descriptive and systematic (e.g., analogue) behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and provide behavior analytic interpretations
Provide direct behavioral treatment to clients via replacement skills training, social skills training, crisis de‑escalation, group, and individual behavioral treatment, and/or skills coaching in all applicable settings
Monitor restraint use and provide training to reduce restraint use
Monitor challenging behavior
Participate in Behavior Intervention Committee, Human Rights Committee, and other relevant committees as assigned
Provide individualized services to meet treatment needs of each specialty intermediate care (IC) clinic patient, meeting requirements of 902 KAR 20:410 Specialty Intermediate Care Clinics as warranted
Follow all policies and procedures
