Senior Client Engagement Manager
to play a pivotal role in driving business growth with clients on the West Coast by developing compelling, market-relevant pitches and proposals tailored to client needs. In this position, you will leverage your expertise to position EPAM’s high-impact, end-to-end (E2E) capabilities across digital and physical product and experience domains, foster collaboration across internal teams, and deliver thought leadership that resonates with clients and prospects. This role calls for strategic thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills to confidently and eloquently represent EPAM’s capabilities.
This is a hybrid position with 25–50% travel required within North America. There is a requirement for this business development professional to be located on the West Coast.
Responsibilities
Develop and present unique, market-relevant pitches and proposals using elevated sales materials and client-specific insights
Confidently represent EPAM’s capabilities and thought leadership in client meetings and presentations
Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor
Support the scoping of engagements to achieve both client goals and EPAM’s business outcomes
Drive the creation of relevant, industry-specific thought leadership for pitches and external marketing
Collaborate across internal teams and geographies to enrich proposals and position EPAM’s capabilities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven experience in client engagement, sales enablement, or business development, preferably within consulting or technology services
Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
Strong ability to synthesize complex information into compelling, client-relevant narratives
Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams and geographies
Demonstrated ability to research and apply emerging technologies and market trends

This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City. Salary range: $135,000 - $165,000 USD. This position is also eligible for variable compensation incentives.
