Key Responsibilities

Engineering/Design: Participate in the engineering and design for a wide variety of MEP building project types and sizes.

Teamwork: Participate as a member of a multi‑disciplinary team and receive guidance, support, task delegation, and mentorship.

Project Tasks: Responsible to project managers for scope, schedule, budget, and discipline coordination for assigned projects.

Client Management: Responsible for project task deliverables leading to client satisfaction and repeat business with assigned clients.

Project Financial Management: Responsible for containing project costs, working efficiently within assigned project scopes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

Local to Hawaii.

0 to 2 years’ experience.

Ability to organize your work and perform multiple functions in a fluid, multi‑deadline operations tempo.

Ability to work effectively within a team‑orientated, collaborative environment.

Live within commuting distance of our Honolulu office.

Preferred Skills

Working Autodesk® REVIT knowledge.

Working Trane® Trace 700 knowledge.

Knowledge of building codes and standards.

Experience with HVAC load calculations and duct sizing.

Excellent communication and time management skills.
