Key Responsibilities

Participate in the engineering and design of a wide variety of MEP building project types and sizes.

Collaborate as a member of a multi‑disciplinary team, receiving guidance, support, task delegation, and mentorship.

Report to project managers for scope, schedule, budget, and discipline coordination for assigned projects.

Deliver project tasks that lead to client satisfaction and repeat business with assigned clients.

Contain project costs and work efficiently within assigned project scopes.

What You’ll Bring Required

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

0 to 2 years’ experience.

Ability to organize work and perform multiple functions in a fluid, multi‑deadline operations tempo.

Ability to work effectively within a team‑orientated, collaborative environment.

Live within commuting distance of our Oakland office.

Preferred

Licensed Professional Engineer.

LEED® Accreditation.

Working Autodesk® Revit knowledge.

Working Trane® Trace 700 knowledge.

Knowledge of building codes and standards.

Experience with HVAC load calculations and duct sizing.

Excellent communication and time management skills.
