Role Overview – Senior Associate We are hiring a Senior Associate to support and lead high‑stakes executive searches within our global AI and technology practice. You will collaborate directly with Partners and Principals on mandates that include Chief AI Officer, CTO, Chief Product Officer, Chief Scientist, VP of Engineering, and board‑level appointments.

Key Responsibilities Search Delivery
Support end‑to‑end execution of retained searches, from role definition and search strategy through shortlist, offer, and onboarding.
Build structured target‑company lists, org maps, and longlists across AI infrastructure, applied AI, and enterprise software.
Conduct research‑based screening and structured interviews, capturing evidence‑based insight on track record, scale, and leadership style.
Market and Talent Intelligence
Track leadership moves, funding rounds, and product inflection points across key AI‑native and deep‑tech companies.
Prepare concise market maps, talent landscapes, and competitive analysis for client discussions and internal strategy.
Maintain and enrich our proprietary knowledge base on AI leadership, compensation, and organization design.
Client and Candidate Interface
Join client briefings and progress calls, ensuring requirements, milestones, and expectations are clearly documented.
Coordinate outreach, meetings, and follow‑up with C‑level executives, founders, investors, and senior technical leaders.
Represent Christian & Timbers with a high standard of written and verbal communication in every interaction.
Operational Excellence
Maintain accurate search documentation, pipelines, and reporting in our internal systems.
Contribute to process improvement, research tools, and templates that raise the quality and speed of our work.

Ideal Profile
Experience in executive search, strategy consulting, investment, talent advisory, or a similarly analytical, client‑facing environment.
