A Bit About Us We are a subsidiary of a prominent global leader in construction and facilities services, specializing in HVAC Controls.

As a Systems Engineer on our team, you will be responsible for operating control software, developing basic databases, and interpreting floor plans to identify mechanical and electrical equipment such as VAVs, FCUs, AHUs, chillers, and pumps. Responsibilities include assisting with project commissioning, completing documentation, and identifying equipment deficiencies. The position also requires knowledge of simple electrical circuits, controller I/O, 24VAC power, and basic networking, while coordinating with electricians to ensure work meets contractual scope.

MUST HAVE

4+ years of experience in the Building Automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC Controls space

Experience with one or more of the following BAS platforms JCI, Delta, Andover, Schneider Electric, Trane, Automated Logic, Distech, or other

Knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems, Chillers, Boilers, AHUs, VAVs, etc.

Experience with JCI, Andover, or Delta Controls

NICE TO HAVE

BS in a related field

BAS/BMS programming

BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus
