Job Description
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, ensuring the Raffles brand positioning, personality, service culture and values are personified at all times.
Responsible for repairs and maintenance of all hotel equipment and systems as directed by the needs of the guests and employees.
Perform the Shift Engineer's check list daily and report any abnormalities.
Troubleshoot and repair most mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC related systems.
Qualifications
2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related building environment preferred
Building engineering/maintenance experience required
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC experience preferred
Vocational/technical training or apprenticeship preferred
