Job Description
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, ensuring the Raffles brand positioning, personality, service culture and values are personified at all times.
- Responsible for repairs and maintenance of all hotel equipment and systems as directed by the needs of the guests and employees.
- Perform the Shift Engineer's check list daily and report any abnormalities.
- Troubleshoot and repair most mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC related systems.
Qualifications
- 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related building environment preferred
- Building engineering/maintenance experience required
- Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC experience preferred
- Vocational/technical training or apprenticeship preferred
