Salary Range: $80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates
Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety)
Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports
Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures, monitoring compliance, and distributing and maintaining supporting documentation
Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others to determine corrective action or recommendations to resolve issues
Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and modeling logistics and company policies and procedures
Develop training and development needs; participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates and leaders
Manage maintenance department daily operations by monitoring and ensuring performance related to maintaining warehouse equipment, including material‑handling equipment, pneumatic systems, electrical systems, air compressors, ammonia refrigeration equipment, general building repairs, and compliance with state and federal regulations (OSHA, Hazardous Waste, NFPA, Storm Water, DOT, etc.)
Manage financial aspects by monitoring and tracking expenses and capital expenditures against budget, monitoring asset utilization, and preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports

Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s Degree or Technical School Certification in an industrial‑related field and 1 year related maintenance department supervisory experience, OR
Bachelor’s Degree in a business, industrial, or related field, OR
1 year supervisory experience in a maintenance‑related environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in hiring and promotion of employees, OR
2 years Walmart logistics maintenance experience including six months leading a work or project team (e.g., risk control), OR
2 years supervisory experience in an industrial‑related environment; supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in hiring and promotion of employees with 1 year experience in the maintenance field
Completion of all required job trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings)

General maintenance experience
Microsoft Office proficiency
Refrigeration equipment – supermarkets
Experienced supervising associates
Warehouse Management System knowledge
