Position Summary
What you’ll do: Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates); implement the business plan for your area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety); monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports; maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures, monitoring compliance, and distributing and maintaining supporting documentation; identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others when needed to determine corrective action or make recommendations; supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, supporting, and modeling logistics and company policies; identify training needs and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation; build high‑performing teams that embrace differences and create a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected; attract, retain, and develop talent; act with integrity, promote ethics and compliance, hold yourself and others accountable, and support Walmart’s regenerative goals; serve our customers and members by delivering results, applying EDLP and EDLC models, making data‑based decisions, balancing short‑ and long‑term priorities, and considering all stakeholders; strive for excellence by learning, taking risks, embracing resilience, driving continuous improvements, and adopting new technologies and skills.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field **and** 1 year supervisory experience **OR** Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field **OR** 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience **OR** 2 years Walmart Logistics experience **OR** 2 years supervisory experience.
Associates must attend and successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
