What You'll Do As Assistant Team Leader, you support the Boutique Team Leader in creating an engaging environment for guests and team members. Your responsibilities include:

Guest Experience

– Lead and support a selling culture focused on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to guests.

Leadership

– Drive sales results by analyzing the business and identifying opportunities to improve metrics through sales floor leadership and continuous coaching.

Plan, delegate, and follow up on expected tasks, assignments, and activities while maintaining guests as the top priority.

Talent

– Assist the Boutique Team Leader in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining a high‑performing and diverse team. Build bench strength for the boutique by preparing team members for the next level of responsibility. Establish open, candid, and trusting relationships with the team.

Operations & Visual

– Support and enforce company policies and procedures fairly and consistently. Maintain a visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to guests by utilizing, leading, and delivering our visual brand standards. Problem solve proactively, creatively, and often independently, driving new ideas and creating solutions to problems.

Position Requirements

Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail store

Ability to motivate others and work together to deliver sales results

Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently

Flexible and adaptable

Ability to multi‑task and balance multiple priorities

Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting and climbing

Must be able to work independently

Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
