Seeking an experienced
Data Center Professional
with experience as a
MEP Director in Data Center Construction
to lead a business unit with responsibility for profit and loss, safety, quality, and client satisfaction. This role will lead the Data Center Division, overseeing the senior leadership team and strategic success of projects through full completion. The role includes seeking and exploring new business opportunities on a national scale, identifying new locations and partnerships to collaborate and build relationships across the U.S.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple concurrent large scale Data Center projects.
Ensure safe practices, quality standards, and financial performance.
Drive client development and long-term business growth.
Mentor and develop project teams.
Oversee contracts, estimating, risk management, and project execution.
Directly supervise large teams through full strategic execution for client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Master’s in Construction Engineering & Management (or equivalent experience).
15+ years in electrical construction with a proven track record of success.
10+ years in Data Center Construction with 5+ years at a Senior Level.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management, and estimating software.
PMP and OSHA 30 preferred; state electrical license required.
Willingness to travel up to 40% as required.
Must be located in an area with access to a major airport for travel.
