Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership
Provide executive-level oversight of all data center electrical construction projects nationwide.
Develop and implement construction strategies, processes, and best practices to support large-scale and repeatable data center builds.
Partner with executive leadership to align construction operations with company growth objectives.
Support business development efforts by contributing to pursuit strategies, client presentations, and preconstruction planning.
Project Execution & Delivery
Oversee project teams including Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership.
Ensure consistent execution of mission-critical electrical scopes including power distribution, UPS systems, generators, switchgear, grounding, and low‑voltage infrastructure.
Monitor schedules, budgets, manpower planning, procurement, and risk mitigation across all projects.
Ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations for safety, quality, reliability, and performance.
Financial & Risk Management
Maintain full P&L responsibility for data center construction operations.
Review and approve project budgets, forecasts, change management strategies, and cost controls.
Identify and mitigate project risks related to schedule, labor availability, materials, and subcontractor performance.
Drive continuous improvement in productivity, cost efficiency, and margin performance.
Safety, Quality & Compliance
Champion a strong safety culture with zero‑incident objectives across all projects.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Implement quality control standards and commissioning readiness processes for mission‑critical facilities.
Lead post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive operational excellence.
Qualifications Preferred
Experience working with hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data center clients.
Strong background with fast‑track and design‑build delivery methods.
Familiarity with BIM, VDC, and modern construction technology platforms.
PMP, PE, or equivalent professional certifications.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of progressive experience in electrical construction, with significant focus on data center or mission‑critical projects.
Proven leadership experience overseeing multiple large‑scale projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of data center electrical systems, commissioning processes, and mission‑critical standards.
Demonstrated success managing budgets, schedules, and operational teams at a senior level.
