The Role They are seeking a strategic and highly analytical finance leader to join as Senior Director of FP&A. Partnering closely with senior leadership, this role will lead the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and performance management activities while supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting, long-range planning, and recurring forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company strategy and operational priorities. Develop and maintain robust financial models, dashboards, and performance metrics to guide business decisions and support cross-functional leadership. Partner with business unit leaders to analyse financial performance, identify key drivers, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership and the board, including variance analysis and strategic commentary. Evaluate investment decisions, new product initiatives, pricing strategies, and capital allocation opportunities through rigorous financial analysis. Enhance FP&A processes and systems to support scalability as the business continues to expand. Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive team on financial strategy, risk management, and long-term growth planning.

Qualifications 8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or related strategic finance roles; experience in healthcare SaaS, HealthIT, or technology-enabled services is highly desirable. Strong understanding of healthcare technology trends, unit economics, and the dynamics of recurring revenue business models. Demonstrated success building financial models, managing budgets, and delivering strategic insights to senior leadership. Excellent communication, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced analytical capabilities with a strong command of financial systems, planning tools, and process optimisation.
