Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards (e.g., ISO), and environmental compliance. Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. MBA or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and manufacturing execution systems (MES). Demonstrated experience leading significant automation or Industry 4.0 implementation projects.
