Proven leadership and team management skills, with strong negotiation and vendor relationship capabilities.
Demonstrated knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for supply chain insights
