WellTech Partners is collaborating with a privately owned, community-focused, physical therapy clinic in Chicago that is seeking a full-time therapist. This is a team of passionate, dedicated and hardworking therapists that provide high-quality pediatric physical therapy from infancy through adolescence. Our mission is to support children and families with compassionate, evidence-based care in a playful, positive, and family-centered environment.

The Role: Your Mission We are seeking a
Pediatric Physical Therapist
to join our team and provide 1:1 care in a supportive, child-centered outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate is
compassionate, creative, and eager
to partner with families, caregivers, and fellow clinicians.
Schedule:
Full-time preferred (30-32 clinical hours/week).
Part-time considered if the right fit ($
Flexibility to support after-school/evenings is a plus.

Responsibilities
Deliver Direct Care:
Provide
1:1 direct patient care
for full treatment sessions, focusing on play-based, evidence-driven therapy that supports children across home, school, and community settings.
Comprehensive Assessment:
Conduct comprehensive
evaluations and assessments
for children with developmental delays and physical conditions.
Individualized Planning:
Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans
tailored to each child's goals.
Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers.
Clinical Excellence:
Maintain detailed, timely clinical documentation and progress notes ( EMR: EnableDoc ).

Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
or
Master's in PT
degree.
A genuine
passion for pediatrics is required
( New graduates welcome ).
Pediatric clinical experience or fieldwork strongly preferred.
Manual therapy, neuromuscular, orthopedic, or developmental background a plus.
Experience communicating effectively with families and caregivers
