to support a growing Center of Excellence initiative and elevate operational performance across multiple sites. This
Process Engineer
will play a critical role in standardizing best practices, improving production efficiency and driving continuous improvement efforts. What’s the job?
Lead development and rollout of best practices for the Center of Excellence
Analyze equipment, processes and workflow to identify optimization opportunities
Conduct root-cause analysis and troubleshoot production challenges
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
Support equipment performance evaluations and manufacturing audits
Partner with site leadership and operators to ensure process standardization
Manage small to mid-size engineering projects from concept through execution
What’s needed?
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
3+ years of mechanical or process engineering experience
Minimum 2 years of packaging experience (paper industry preferred)
Proven ability to analyze processes, equipment and systems
Strong leadership, organization and communication abilities
Ability to travel up to 40% to multiple locations
Ability to work on-site in PA, MI or Chicago
