We’re seeking a skilled Project Manager or Superintendent to lead full lifecycle delivery of ground-up commercial and industrial construction projects with a design-build contractor in the DFW area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at collaboration, and is driven to deliver high-quality builds across diverse sectors such as industrial facilities, healthcare, education, retail/entertainment, non-profit, faith-based, and municipal developments. Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end project execution for ground-up commercial & industrial builds. Lead scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, safety, and reporting. Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining top-tier quality and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout construction phases. Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent on ground-up commercial or industrial projects. Will also consider strong Senior Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, or Assistant Superintendents ready to step up. Procore proficiency required; must be comfortable with Excel (3-week lookaheads), Word, and general Office tools. Located in or willing to relocate to DFW area. Required Skills
Project management experience in commercial or industrial construction. Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office tools. Pay range and compensation package
$115,000.00/yr – $160,000.00/yr base salary + project performance bonuses Seniority level
