Engineering Manager – Platform & Reliability
Join us as an Engineering Manager to lead our Platform team, spanning DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and core infrastructure. You'll play a key role in building scalable systems that support real‑time payment processing and high‑availability environments.

What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a team of senior engineers across DevOps, SRE, and platform
Own the infrastructure roadmap and scalability strategy
Guide incident response, SLAs/SLOs, and platform reliability metrics
Optimize cloud infrastructure performance and cost
Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, security, and engineering leaders
Drive infrastructure automation, observability, and compliance
What You Bring
6+ years of engineering experience, 3+ years in leadership
Strong cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Deep expertise in CI/CD, infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform), and observability tools
Experience with highly available, production‑scale systems
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, payments, or compliance‑heavy environments
Familiarity with .NET/C# backend services
Experience with service mesh, microservices, and high‑throughput systems
Background in resilience testing or chaos engineering
Exposure to multi‑cloud or hybrid cloud architectures
$160K‑$210K base + performance‑based bonus
