Responsibilities
Provide strategic support to litigation partners by managing day-to-day practice operations, ensuring efficiency and success
Proactively manage attorney schedules, resolving conflicts and coordinating complex travel arrangements
Delegate and oversee administrative tasks while collaborating with legal support team members to ensure project completion
Draft and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents
Handle client and external business communications with professionalism and discretion
Coordinate and lead meetings, preparing agendas, logistics, and accurate materials for distribution
Maintain compliance with information governance policies through meticulous file management
Oversee billing processes, including prebilling tasks, liaising with billing and collections teams, and monitoring client budgets
Develop and maintain professional relationships to ensure cohesive team operations and high-quality deliverables
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of professional executive administrative experience, ideally supporting partners or executives in a legal or corporate environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Aderant and Intapp
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with lawyers, clients, and business professionals
Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
A strong work ethic, flexibility, and a positive, dependable attitude
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment
Education
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
