Key Responsibilities of the MRI Technologist
Perform and assist with MRI imaging procedures according to physician orders
Operate GE, Siemens, or Philips MRI scanners safely and efficiently
Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort and proper alignment
Maintain accurate imaging and patient documentation in EMR systems
Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and technologists to deliver quality results
Follow all safety and patient care protocols
Requirements
BLS certification (required)
ARRT (MRI) certification (required)
2+ years of MRI Technologist experience (required)
Strong knowledge of MRI imaging techniques, anatomy, and patient care
