What You Will Be Doing
Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.

Compensation Average annual salary ranges from $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate with uncapped commission. The first 60 days include a guaranteed ramp‑up rate and paid training.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED.
One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
Minimum age 18 years.
Experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 10 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Training Requirements All Sales Consultants must complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of the official start date. The program may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Ongoing online and computer‑based training will also be required throughout employment.
