What You Will Be Doing
Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
Collaborate with peers and store leaders, sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions.
Act as a passionate guest advocate, bringing authenticity and fun to guest interactions.
Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
Create personal connections with guests to simplify technology.
Maintain a competitive drive and succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
Assist with merchandising and operational functions.

Salary & Benefits Average annual salary: $40,000 – $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. Guaranteed ramp‑up rate during first 60 days, paid training, and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate during your first 60 days of employment.
Paid time off: 40 hours per year in the first year, 80 hours per year thereafter. Minimum requirements for paid sick leave under applicable state law where applicable.
Training & Requirements All Sales Consultants must complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training within two weeks of start. Ongoing online and computer‑based training throughout employment.
Physical requirements: Lift up to 10 pounds; stand for long periods.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November–December, and peak vacation periods.
Minimum: High school diploma or GED; at least one year of customer service in retail or sales; age 18+.
