Responsibilities

Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across multiple departments

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices

Execute creative and strategic sourcing to attract a wide range of nonprofit talent

Screen candidates, facilitate interviews, and manage communications throughout the hiring process

Coordinate scheduling, offers, and onboarding logistics to ensure a seamless candidate experience

Qualifications

Proven success in high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting

Experience recruiting within nonprofit or mission‑driven organizations preferred

Skilled at sourcing, screening, and managing candidates across multiple simultaneous openings

Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills

Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Compensation And Benefits Hourly pay rate of $32–$36/hr, dependent on experience.
