Responsibilities
Perform HPC server technical support functions, including physical installation, assembly, configuration and maintenance of the HPC computer rack/hardware.
Resolve hardware issues professionally.
Build, cable, configure, and provision HPC rack and Linux kernel and Windows Server.
Install and provision operating systems – Windows Server, Linux, Unix.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware problems on Linux cluster hardware and networking equipment, applying logical methods of resolution.
Conduct preventive maintenance of cluster hardware.
Assist in moving and racking equipment physically.
Have experience in Web Server and Database installation.
Be willing to learn quickly, multitask, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
Understanding of network switches and TCP/IP settings.
Hardware installation knowledge.
