Position Responsibilities:
Develop, integrate and document Cargo Handling System requirements to establish the system design.
Perform or oversee approval of analyses and test/inspection results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications.
Manage supplier performance, test and production activities and coordinate with suppliers to optimize design and achieve program goals.
Develop new design/analysis processes and tools to improve effectiveness, quality and efficiency of the development effort.
Investigate emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirements.
Develop, maintain and modify system and component designs using ‑D CAD tools and other methods to provide product definition throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in engineering or equivalent.
5+ years of engineering experience, including design, integration and/or certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
9+ years of related work experience or equivalent.
Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
Strong understanding of FAA Title 14 Part 25 and/or EASA equivalent.
Experience in aerospace interiors, materials and properties, design criteria and release processes.
5+ years of program or project management experience, leading projects of varying complexity.
Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and critical thinking.
Strong communication skills for varied audiences.
Demonstrated interest in continuous learning.
Pay & Benefits:
Competitive base pay and variable compensation.

Pay ranges: $105,400 – $142,600 for Experience (Level 3); $129,200 – $174,800 for Senior (Level 4).

Relocation provided based on candidate eligibility.
