Position This position is based onsite 100%, Hauppauge NY.

Job Description The primary function of the individual is to be a subject‑matter expert regarding documentation processes. The individual will maintain an effective document control process, ensuring that all manufacturing and testing documentation is accurate, meets quality specifications and applicable customer specifications; keeping documents up to date and accurately distributed to relevant parties while meeting production demands.

Responsibilities

Verify accuracy of part entries, BOMs, and revisions in ERP system.

Create, edit and format document change instructions to modify parts, assemblies, and BOM documentation within the ERP system.

Manage files to ensure current revisions are available.

Contribute to improving data collection and data maintenance methods from the various systems utilized.

Collaborate with appropriate departments, including engineering, production and quality, to resolve documentation discrepancies.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately and efficiently.
