Store Manager
ADI Global Distribution, part of Resideo Inc., is hiring a Store Manager to drive sales performance and lead all store operations. The role begins in Beaverton and will merge into the Wilsonville location in Q1 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as Sales Leader to drive selling activities, coach staff, and exceed targets in sales revenue, account growth, and product sales.
Coordinate customer training events and monitor competitive conditions to recommend changes for market share expansion.
Maintain relationships with customers and vendors, and identify sales opportunities.
Leverage reports and dashboards to identify sales trends.
Manage hiring, training, mentoring of employees, and conduct periodic performance reviews.
Lead team members to exceed productivity, quality, and continuous improvement goals.
Manage the Store’s P&L, cost controls, pricing, and operational budgetary responsibilities.
Promote exceptional customer service and resolve escalations.
Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience.
People management experience, preferably in retail or distribution.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills with active listening.
Ability to work in Wilsonville during the Q1 2026 merge.
Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM tools.
Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Negotiation, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
