Job Summary Trinchero Wine & Spirits is seeking a dynamic Associate Marketing Manager to join our Heritage Collection fine wine marketing team. This role will support our import fine wine portfolio.
The Associate Marketing Manager, Fine Wine will support the development and execution of annual brand plans. This role works in close collaboration with the dedicated Trinchero Heritage Collection fine wine sales team and internal cross‑functional partners. Essential Functions
Assist in development of short‑ and long‑term strategic sales and marketing initiatives
Support execution of initiatives including coordinating point‑of‑sales projects, building and updating brand storytelling assets and wine fact sheets, managing the creation and dissemination of accolade tools, supporting the design of digital and print advertising
Assist in coordinating in‑market activities and events including shipping of wine and other materials
Audit and collect updated content for our digital marketing platforms including brand websites and social media
Contribute to regular business reviews by pulling information from multiple platforms such as Nielsen, IRI and PowerBI (Training available as needed)
Manage budget maintenance and monthly reporting
Additional marketing and brand management projects as assigned
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree, marketing, business, or communications emphasis preferred
Experience: 1‑2 years wine industry experience, marketing preferred
Intellectual curiosity, interest in fine wine and desire to expand knowledge
Strong spoken and written communication skills. Must be a good listener
Strength in a collaborative, team‑supportive environment. Embrace a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
Strong detail orientation and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize without direction
Experience leading projects
Strong problem‑solving ability
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required
Can handle multiple competing priorities at any given time
Ability to work occasional night/weekend events
Working Conditions
Office environment, located in Napa, CA
Office Schedule: Monday – Thursday in person, Friday remote
Usually work a standard work week, but ability to work occasional evening and/or weekend events
Extensive computer work
May be required to work at any of TFE's locations
Frequent deadline pressures
Numerous projects in progress at any given time
Comply with company safety regulations
Salary Range $68,640.00 – $88,400.00
The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location. TFE offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, PTO, wellness programs and fertility and family‑building benefits. We also provide a 401(k) plan where TFE may make a discretionary profit‑sharing contribution.
