Job Summary To assist in the creation and maintenance of product master data to support processes related to production and accurate reporting of product data.
Essential Functions
Create master data relating to all facets of the finished goods production process, including finished good, component and planning materials, BOMs, routings and production versions
Manage New Production Execution and BOM Change Request forms
Work with Finance team to solve costing issues related to production master data
Review data exception reports and correct data discrepancies
Follow all master data management policies
Analyze master data to assess and improve accuracy
Work cross‑functionally with the rest of the data team to assist with projects and train as back‑up for other tasks
Assist other functions with requests for production‑related data analysis and reporting
Create and update documentation of standard work
Responsible for understanding the Food Safety and Quality Management System and related activities, including the ISO Food Safety & Quality Policy
Qualifications
Education: BS Business Degree
Experience: 3‑5 years Production Planning and Analysis
Strong math and analytical skills essential
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Solid organizational skills
Computer Skills: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Ability to handle numerous projects/assignments at one time.
Experience/knowledge of wine, wine production, and wine industry a plus
Enterprise System (SAP) experience desirable
Working Conditions
Remote/Hybrid work
Usually work a standard work week
Extensive computer work
May occasionally be required to work at any of TFE's locations
Frequent deadline pressures
Numerous projects in progress at any given time
Comply with company safety regulations
Salary Range $68,640.00 - $92,000.00
